Finger Lakes Institute to host student presentations

Three HWS seniors -- Greg Dlubac, Emily Golson and Courtney Wilson -- will talk about their recent research beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 27 at the Finger Lakes Institute.

Each semester, the FLI hosts students who do original research on the Finger Lakes region. For this event, each student will provide an overview of his or her accomplishments within "GIT Ahead," a program that aims to incorporate geospatial technology into the classroom and the FLI’s Education Outreach, as it works to introduce geology into teaching and curriculum development.
